Contacting Dependable Consulting before purchasing is encouraged. This allows us to review your needs, recommend the most appropriate service, and confirm that Dependable Consulting is the right fit for your goals.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Career services require payment in full before work begins unless otherwise stated in writing. Business and larger project-based engagements are governed by a written proposal and may require an initial retainer followed by milestone or final payments.
Business pricing is determined through a custom proposal based on organizational size, project scope, complexity, deliverables, and desired timeline. Work begins only after the proposal is accepted and the required initial payment has been received.
Turnaround begins after payment, completed intake information, and all required documents have been received. Client delays, incomplete information, substantial changes in direction, or expanded scope may extend the delivery date.
A request to cancel before work begins may qualify for a refund, less any nonrecoverable processing fees. Once research, review, writing, consulting, preparation, or other project work has begun, payments are nonrefundable because time has been reserved and services have commenced.
At least 24 hours’ notice is requested when rescheduling an interview preparation or consulting session. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and may require a new booking fee.
Included revisions are listed with each service or proposal. Revision requests should be submitted within seven calendar days of delivery. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments within the original scope. A new target role, major strategic change, substantial new information, or expanded deliverables may require an additional fee.
Expedited service may be available depending on current capacity and may require a rush fee. Rush timing is not confirmed until approved in writing.
Work may be paused when an invoice or milestone payment is overdue. Final deliverables may be withheld until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Dependable Consulting provides professional support, materials, preparation, and guidance but does not guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, hiring outcomes, employee performance, legal compliance, or specific business results.
Clients are encouraged to contact Dependable Consulting directly regarding any billing concern before initiating a payment dispute so the matter can be reviewed promptly and in good faith.
Dependable Consulting may collect contact information, service selections, messages, uploaded documents, project details, and payment-related information processed by third-party providers.
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, assess service fit, prepare proposals, deliver services, process payments, communicate about projects, maintain business records, and improve client experience.
Clients may submit resumes, cover letters, job descriptions, policies, and other professional documents. Please avoid submitting information that is unnecessary for the requested service. Materials are retained only as long as reasonably needed for business, service, and recordkeeping purposes.
Dependable Consulting does not sell client information. Information may be shared with service providers used for forms, scheduling, payment processing, email, file storage, or website operations, or when disclosure is required by law.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect submitted information. No electronic transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Clients may contact Dependable Consulting to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, contractual, and business recordkeeping requirements.
