Dependable Consulting provides career-support and business HR consulting services as described in individual proposals, invoices, service pages, or written agreements.
Career services may require payment in full before work begins. Larger consulting projects may require a deposit and milestone payments. Fees and due dates should be confirmed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and documents needed to complete the project.
Included revisions are determined by the selected package or written agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
Dependable Consulting does not guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, hiring outcomes, employee performance, legal compliance, or specific business results.
HR consulting and document support do not constitute legal advice. Clients should consult a licensed attorney regarding legal requirements and final policy review.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules should be stated in each service agreement and displayed before payment.
